No. Create the first one, add it to the cart, and use Duplicate: an identical copy is created without starting over.

Yes. With PREMIUM personalisation, upload your logo in PNG, JPG or SVG (we recommend PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI). Our team processes it manually to guarantee the highest CMYK print quality.

Yes. In the customiser you see a real-time preview with all the colours, texts and logo applied — exactly what you'll receive. You don't need to request an additional draft: what you see is what gets made.

Yes, always. Front: full court. Back: half court (Casual and Pocket) or two independent half courts (MatchDay). All colours, text and logo are applied to both sides.

FIBA and NBA on all models. The Casual boards (Tech and Aluminium) also offer MINI and FIBA MINI, designed for coaches of youth categories. MatchDay and Pocket only offer FIBA and NBA.

The AI Designer is the part of the Customiser that analyses your club's logo, extracts its official colours, and applies them automatically to the design (border, lines, key). No need to enter HEX codes or hunt for colours manually: upload or search for your crest and the AI Designer does the work. You can then use “Mix Colors” to try variations, adjust each colour individually if you want to fine-tune it, and decide where the logo goes on the board. With a logo, the tier is PREMIUM (colours + text + logo on both sides). Without a logo, the Customiser gives you full control over colours from scratch — no AI Designer, but the same flexibility. Either way, every detail is yours to decide.

Yes. In the customiser you can enter any hex code for the border, lines, zone and text. We have over 16 million possible combinations.

They're two ways to reach the same premium product. The Customiser gives you full control: you choose every detail (colours, text, logo, finish). If you have the club logo, the AI Designer pulls its colours and applies them automatically; no logo, you pick the colours from scratch. Nadia walks you through it step by step with a few questions and takes you to your ideal board with minimal effort — fast and simple. The difference isn't hard vs easy: it's control vs guidance. You decide whether you want to drive it yourself (Customiser) or have someone guide you (Nadia).

Yes, if you have your club's logo. The AI Designer in the Customiser pulls the official colours from the logo and applies them automatically to the border, lines and zone of the board. You can go with the suggested combination, hit "Mix Colors" to try variations, or fine-tune each colour manually. No logo? You choose all the colours from scratch. PREMIUM tier when a logo is included.

Yes. The system removes the background automatically. If it doesn't look perfect on screen, don't worry: our Creativity team always reviews every logo before printing. If they spot that the quality isn't good enough or it hasn't come out right, they'll find a solution or get in touch with you. For the best result, upload a high-quality PNG with a transparent background — though we also accept JPG and the standard image formats from your phone.

You can upload your own logo in any of the standard formats. Ideally a high-quality PNG with a transparent background, but we also accept JPG and mobile image formats. Our Creative team always reviews it to make sure it prints at the highest quality.

It's a new way to customise the border colours of your board. Starting from your club's logo colours, or any colours you choose, you can combine 2 to 4 colours in a gradient, adjusting the angle and persistence level. The results are spectacular.

The AI in the customiser automatically generates multiple colour combinations. With a single button it suggests different options for you to choose the one you like best, without having to adjust everything manually.

In addition to the standard position, you can simulate a real court by placing it at the centre of the court, split in half. You can choose the rotation angle and the logo size to get the effect you're looking for.

Four models: Pocket Aluminium (15×20 cm, pocket-sized), Casual Tech (23×32 cm, with clipboard clip), Casual Aluminium (23×32 cm, our best-seller, with marker included), and MatchDay Aluminium (28×39 cm, the professional one, with two half-courts on the back).

The aluminium ones do — they come with a marker featuring a clever attachment and erasing system. The wooden ones include a clipboard clip but no marker.

The surface is glossy polyester, highly resistant to scratches from intensive use. It writes and wipes clean easily. With normal care, it lasts many seasons.

It has evolved. It is now called the CASUAL TECH and it is made of 2 mm fibreglass-reinforced thermoplastic composite. Same size (23 × 32 cm), same clip, same personalisation and same price.

Because we found a better one. Where the wood gave way, the fibre holds: the corners take the everyday knocks and it survives going in and out of the bag. More resistance means a longer life.

Yes, and that is the big difference. It does not splinter when knocked and the corners are very resistant: the wooden one suffered quite a lot in the bag and when it was dropped.

Yes. It can get wet without the material deteriorating. With the wooden one that really was a problem, especially in changing rooms.

Slightly more, yes. That is what gives it the body and the rigidity you feel in the hand when writing.

The writing surface is exactly the same. It wipes clean easily using good quality liquid-ink markers.

Nothing else. Same 23 × 32 cm size, same clip, same personalisation (badge, colours, name and quotes) and the same price.

Both are 23 × 32 cm and personalise the same way. The difference is the holder: the CASUAL TECH has a clip for putting sheets on top of the board, and the CASUAL ALUMINIO comes with the marker included and its own holding and wiping system.

A board designed to give as an end-of-season gift. The team photo is printed on the back half-court, along with the club colours, custom text and logo. Our creative team reviews every design before it goes into production.

Yes. For club orders, each board carries the individual coach's name. The logo, colours, and base design are the same for the whole club, but the name is unique.

The club price applies to orders from a club or organisation of 10 units or more. Every coach in the club gets the same base board with their individual name, the club's colours, and a unified logo. The volume discount is calculated based on the final order quantity — just write to us at info@basketballcoachingboards.com with the approximate number of units and we'll put together a custom quote for you.

We're really fast: you can have your whole order ready within a week. Bear in mind that during peak periods — start of the season and Christmas — production is busier and it may take us a little longer.

No problem. It's very important that you fill in the tax details correctly when placing your order — that way the invoice will be issued in the name you specify. Under the new European tax regulations, once an invoice has been issued we can't change the details, so it's essential to get them right from the start.

We offer specialist markers — hard to find and that work perfectly on these boards —, two types of erasers, balls from the best brands with great bulk discounts, customisable covers to protect your board, and professional whistles at the best price.

Aluminium boards come with a free marker, featuring a clever clip-and-erase system. Aluminium models don't include a clip holder; if you need one, go for a wood model. No board comes with an eraser as standard, except for the free marker included with aluminium boards.

It's our referral programme for coaches. If you're already a customer, you have a unique code: when another coach makes their first purchase using it, they get an 8% discount and you earn credit towards your next order.

In your account (under “My Account”) and in the confirmation email for each order. Every customer has a single permanent code.

Copy your personal link and send it via WhatsApp, email, or however you like. When your friend clicks that link, the discount is automatically applied to their cart.

No. The code is for recommending us to other coaches who aren't customers yet. For your own purchases, you use the balance you build up.

For coaches who haven't bought from us yet. The welcome discount is for first-time customers.

Applied to the products in your order (not to shipping). Applies to boards and accessories; balls stay at their regular price.

They can't be combined. If you have a coupon and a referral code, the one that benefits you most will be applied.

You can check your balance any time from your account. Go to “My Account” and you'll see your available balance at the top, next to your referral code and how many times it's been used.

Your balance grows every time a teammate places an order with your code: you earn €5 for each purchase (or 5% if the order is under €60). The balance is credited 7 days after your teammate's order has left our workshop, to make sure the purchase has been completed correctly.

Two things to keep in mind: balls don't count towards the programme, and each balance amount is valid for one year from the date it's credited. In your account you can see when each portion of your balance expires, so you don't miss out on anything.

To use your balance, you first need to log in with the account where you've built it up — your balance is linked to your account, so if you check out without being logged in we won't be able to apply it. Once you're logged in, at the payment step you'll see an option to apply your available balance.

You can decide how much you want to use: your full balance at once or just part of it, whatever you prefer. Your balance works like a discount voucher applied to your order total. There's just one exception: it can't be applied to balls, so if your order includes any, the balance will be applied to the rest.

Whatever you don't spend stays in your account for your next order, as long as it's within its one-year validity period.

Check your SPAM folder or junk mail. It's also possible the email was entered incorrectly when placing the order. If you can't find it, write to us at info@basketballcoachingboards.com with your name and email and we'll verify it straight away.

We'll send you a tracking number by email when your board leaves our facility. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder. If it's been more than 10 days with no news, get in touch with us.

Every board is made one by one. That's what makes them unique. Our process is fast and organised — usually 1-2 days to make.

If we haven't started manufacturing yet, yes. Write to us as soon as possible at info@basketballcoachingboards.com. Once it's in production, it can't be changed.

Yes. Send us an email at info@basketballcoachingboards.com with your order number and the buyer's name. We'll send it to you with the tax details you provided us.

We accept credit/debit card, PayPal (with the option to pay in 3 interest-free instalments) and Apple Pay / Google Pay. In Spain, we also accept Bizum and bank transfer. All payments are processed through secure gateways; we never store your card details.

We make every board to order in a maximum of 2 business days. Transit time is then added on top, and it depends on the destination: within mainland Spain it is usually 2 to 3 business days. Each board's product page shows the estimated date for mainland Spain; the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearics take longer. If you need it sooner, you can add the VIP PASS · Priority Manufacturing (+€9.00), which moves your board to the front of the workshop queue, and/or Premium shipping (€15.99, or €9.90 if your order is over €60), which shortens transit.

Yes, we ship across the entire European Union. Mainland Spain 2–3 business days from the moment the order leaves our workshop, Canary Islands 5–10 business days (depends on customs), rest of Europe 5–8 business days. All shipments include full tracking via Correos.

Yes, free standard shipping on orders of €60 or more. For orders below that, standard shipping costs €7.50.

Yes, in two ways, and you can combine them.

The VIP PASS · Priority Manufacturing (+€9.00) moves your board to the front of the workshop queue: it's made first. Premium shipping shortens the transit. The VIP PASS only appears when it genuinely brings your date forward with the shipping method you've chosen — if it doesn't improve it, we don't offer it, so you never pay for something that changes nothing.

Which one helps most depends on where you are. On international deliveries the transport is the longer part of the wait, so Premium shipping is usually where you gain the most time; the VIP PASS shortens the workshop side.

At checkout, once you enter your address, you'll see the estimated date for each option and can compare them before paying.

Between 5 and 10 days, depending on customs processing time. We recommend ordering in advance if you have a specific date in mind.

No, we don't deliver on Saturdays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

CASUAL TECH orders ship from 25 August. We will send you the tracking number as soon as it leaves the workshop.

It depends on the product. Non-personalised accessories (balls, whistles, standard cases) can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, in line with European consumer regulations. Custom boards, however, are excluded from the right of withdrawal because they are made to order with your design (art. 103.c TRLGDCU and EU Directive 2011/83), except in cases of manufacturing defect or lack of conformity — in those cases, the statutory conformity guarantee always applies. If you are a consumer from another EU country, the mandatory regulations applicable in your country are respected. Yes. They cover manufacturing defects (faulty printing, damaged material). Normal wear from heavy use is not covered.

If your board arrives damaged, you have 24 hours from the moment you receive the package to let us know — make sure you keep the original packaging. After that window, we can't be held responsible for the damage. Send us photos of the damage and the packaging at info@basketballcoachingboards.com — we'll review the case, make a new board at no extra cost, and ship it to you.
