All payments are processed through secure gateways (Stripe / Redsys / PayPal). We never store your card details.

Shipping methods

- Standard · free from €60.00, otherwise €7.50.
- Premium Shipping · €15.99, or €9.90 on orders over €60.00.
- VIP PASS · Priority Manufacturing · €9.00. Not a shipping option: your board skips the workshop queue.
Billing & VAT
All prices include VAT. If you need an invoice in your company's name, tick the box at checkout and fill in your company name, Tax ID and billing address.
Returns
Since every board is made to order with your name and your logo, we don't accept returns due to change of mind. We do swap / replace any board with manufacturing defects. Details at /legal/cancelaciones-devoluciones.
Security
The entire site runs on HTTPS. Payment credentials never pass through our servers — they go directly to the payment gateway. We comply with GDPR; the full policy is at /legal/condiciones-legales.
