How do I know which case fits my board?
Every board has a dedicated case: Pocket (≈23×16 cm), Casual (≈32×23 cm), MatchDay (≈40×30 cm). The product page lists the compatible model. If you have an older board from a different brand, measure it (height × width × thickness) and compare with the case dimensions — you want about 1-2 cm of breathing room.Does the case protect against rain?
BCB cases are water-resistant, not waterproof. They handle drizzle or splashes from inside the gym bag, but they aren't built for a prolonged downpour. For extreme conditions (outdoor courts with a storm), tuck the case inside your main backpack. The interior is padded to absorb accidental drops.Can I add my club's logo to the case?
Some cases (tagged "Personalisable with logo" on the product page) accept a custom logo in PNG or SVG format. Recommended max size: 15×10 cm on the front face. The surcharge is calculated automatically once you upload the logo in the product configurator. The print is heat-set thermoplastic, resistant to backpack friction.Do markers and an eraser fit inside the case?
Most BCB cases have a secondary compartment with an elastic strap for 2-3 markers and a standard whiteboard eraser. Pocket cases (the most compact) fit only 1 marker + mini eraser. MatchDay cases hold 4-5 markers, a full-size eraser and a playbook notebook. Check the "What's included?" section on each product page.
