1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods (or of the last of them, in the case of split delivery).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email to info@pizarrasbaloncesto.com), stating your name, full address and, if available, telephone and email. You may use the model form provided at the end, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that the communication be sent before the period expires.

2. Exception: personalised products

IMPORTANT — There is no right of withdrawal for personalised products.

In accordance with Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), which transposes Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Consequently, personalised coaching boards (bearing a name, logo, club colours, text or other elements defined by the customer) are NOT eligible for withdrawal or return once the order has been confirmed and has entered production, except in the cases of defective or non-conforming products described below.

NON-personalised products (for example, balls, whistles, standard cases and other unpersonalised catalogue accessories) ARE subject to the 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal described in section 1.

3. Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision. We will make the refund using the same means of payment used in the initial transaction, at no additional cost. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Defective or non-conforming products

Irrespective of the right of withdrawal, you are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity. If you receive a defective product, one damaged in transit or that does not match your order —including personalised products—, you must notify us at info@pizarrasbaloncesto.com within a reasonable period of receipt, providing photographs and a description of the defect. Once verified, we will proceed with the corresponding repair, replacement or refund, at no cost to you.

5. Model withdrawal form
