2. Data we process

Identification and contact data: first name, surname, postal address, email, telephone.

Order and billing data: products purchased, amount, delivery address and, where applicable, tax details (NIF/VAT number).

Personalisation data: text, images and logos that the User provides to personalise their products.

Payment data: handled directly by the payment gateways; we do not store full card details.

Browsing data: through cookies and similar technologies, in accordance with the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Managing the purchase, manufacture, shipping and invoicing of orders (basis: performance of the contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Handling queries and support requests (basis: performance of the contract or legitimate interest).

Complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations (basis: legal obligation, Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Sending commercial communications and newsletters about our products (basis: consent, Art. 6.1.a GDPR, revocable at any time).

Producing statistics and improving the website and user experience (basis: legitimate interest and/or consent for analytics and advertising cookies).

4. Retention period

We retain your data for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, thereafter, for the legally required periods (commercial and tax regulations). Data processed on the basis of consent will be retained until the data subject revokes it.

5. Recipients and data processors

To provide the service we use providers that act as data processors, with whom the contracts under Art. 28 GDPR have been signed. These include:

Payment gateways and services: Stripe, Redsys and PayPal.

Transactional email and communications: Brevo (Sendinblue).

Invoicing: Holded.

Logistics and shipping: Correos.

Infrastructure, hosting and content management: Vercel, Supabase and Sanity.

Analytics and advertising: Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta (Pixel), subject to your cookie consent.

Virtual chat assistant: Anthropic PBC (Claude model). The messages the User sends to the site's assistant are transmitted to Anthropic to generate the response. Do not include personal or sensitive data in the chat.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for purposes other than those described, except where legally required.

6. International transfers

Some providers (for example, Google, Meta and Anthropic) may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. In such cases, the transfers are covered by adequate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Your rights

You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as withdraw the consent given, by sending a request to info@pizarrasbaloncesto.com or to our registered office, providing proof of your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
